Welcome to Insta Pro. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. When you use Insta Pro, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please stop using the app.

We take your privacy seriously and follow major privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

2. What Information We Collect

What you give us directly:

  • Your name, username, and email address
  • Your phone number (for verification)
  • Profile photo and bio
  • Date of birth
  • Payment details (for premium features)
  • Messages you send to our support team

What we collect automatically:

  • Your device type and operating system
  • Your IP address and rough location
  • How you use the app — what you tap, how long you stay
  • Crash reports and error logs

From other platforms (if you connect them):

  • Your profile info from connected social accounts
  • Content you’ve made public on those platforms

Cookies: We use cookies to remember your preferences and understand how people use the app. You can turn them off in your settings, but some features may stop working.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to run your account and let you use the app, process your payments, fix bugs and improve performance, personalize your experience, send you important account updates, send promotional offers if you opted in, detect fraud and keep the app safe, and follow the law when required.

4. Why We’re Allowed to Use Your Data

Depending on where you live, we use your data based on a few legal grounds. We need it under contract to provide the service you signed up for. We also use it for legitimate interests like fraud prevention and app improvement. For things like marketing emails, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime. And when the law requires it, we have a legal obligation to process certain data.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the app such as hosting, payment, and customer support companies. They are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes. We may also share it with law enforcement if legally required or to protect user safety. If Insta Pro apk is ever acquired or merged with another company, we will notify you before your data transfers. Beyond that, we only share your data with anyone else if you give us explicit permission.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data as long as your account is active or as long as needed for legal reasons. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups are fully cleared within 90 days after that.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to see what data we have on you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your data with some legal exceptions, download your data in a readable format, limit how we use your data, object to certain types of processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at privacy@instapro.app and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children’s Privacy

Insta Pro is not for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent and think your child has an account, contact us and we will delete it right away. In some countries like parts of the EU, the minimum age is 16, and we follow the higher limit where it applies.

9. How We Protect Your Data

We use strong security measures including encryption for data in transit and at rest, strict access controls so only authorized staff can reach your data, regular security testing, two-factor authentication on our internal systems, and a response plan if a breach ever occurs. No system is 100% secure, so if you think your account is compromised, change your password and contact us immediately.

10. Data Transfers Across Countries

Insta Pro operates globally. Your data may be stored or processed in a country other than your own. When we transfer data internationally, we use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to make sure your information stays protected no matter where it goes.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The app may link to or integrate with third-party services. Once you leave Insta Pro, this policy no longer applies to what those services do with your data. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

12. If You Live in California

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), you have extra rights. You can know what data we collect and why, delete your data, opt out of data selling (we don’t sell your data anyway), correct inaccurate information, limit use of sensitive data, and you will never be treated differently for exercising these rights. Submit a request at privacy@instapro.app and we will respond within 45 days.

13. Policy Updates

When we update this policy, we will let you know through the app or by email. The date at the top of this page will always show when it was last changed. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
